RETURNS POLICY

At Margot Jewellery London Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Your Legal Right to Cancel

For most non-bespoke products purchased online, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.


Products You Cannot Return

Please note, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Bespoke or custom-made items
  • Personalised or engraved jewellery
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Negligent damage to items


How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

You’ll need to return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty (which will require evidence upon delivery date).

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.




Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. We may reduce your refund if:

  • The item is damaged or worn
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • Accessories (e.g. gift boxes) are missing


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of return). We will refund the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Repair Returns

All repairs will be handled on individual case by case basis. Based on our Returns Policy, we will review the faulty or damaged item - we take no responsibility for shipping costs and insurance. If the item has been damaged by us as the manufacturer or in transit, with proof provided – we will carry the cost of the shipping on this return.
