At Margot Jewellery London Ltd, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all our jewellery.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Issues with settings, clasps, or chains that are not the result of wear or accidental damage
If you experience any problems with your jewellery within this period, please contact us. We will inspect the piece and, if covered, repair it free of charge or offer a suitable replacement.
What’s Not Covered
Please note, our warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Gold plated jewellery naturally wears off after a while, therefore re-plating isn't included in our 12-month warranty.
- Loss of your Margot piece isn't covered by our warranty.
- Lost one of your earrings? Please get in touch with us, we can issue you a 20% discount on the same earrings and possibly sell you one piece (subject to availability).
- Theft isn't covered by our warranty.
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., bending, scratching, breakage from dropping)
- Tarnishing due to exposure to harsh chemicals or moisture
- Repairs or alterations made by a third party
- Some product exclusions may apply.
Repair Timeline
Our repair warranty timeline can be anywhere between 4 – 6 weeks.
How to Make a Claim

- Proof of purchase
- A clear description (and photos if possible) of the issue
