ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is only formed once we dispatch your item and confirm dispatch via email.

ORDER REJECTION

We may reject an order if:

• A product is out of stock
• A pricing or product error is discovered
• Payment cannot be authorised

In such cases, we’ll inform you and refund any payments made.

OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS

You own the product once we have received full payment and it has been delivered to you.

VAT & TAXES

Our prices include VAT. If the VAT rate changes between your order and delivery date, the total cost will be adjusted accordingly unless already paid in full.

DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

If a delay occurs due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., courier issues, strikes, supply chain delays), we will inform you as soon as possible. If the delay is substantial, you can cancel your order for a refund minus any costs we’ve incurred.

PRODUCT IMAGES & VARIATIONS

We aim to accurately represent our products, but:

• Images are for illustrative purposes.
• Colour, finish, or size may differ slightly due to handmade nature.
• Measurements provided are approximate.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEASUREMENTS

You must ensure all custom size requests or measurements you provide are accurate. Please refer to our sizing guide on our website before ordering.

INFORMATION YOU MUST PROVIDE

We may charge additional fees if you don’t provide necessary information, such as delivery access or engraving details. These charges cover any additional efforts or re-delivery needed.

YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

You can cancel your order for most items within 14 days of receiving your product and receive a full refund, including basic delivery costs.

Exceptions:
You cannot cancel bespoke, engraved, or personalised products unless faulty.

Contact us via email and return the item within 14 days at your own cost.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

• Return items in their original, unused condition.
• Keep proof of postage.
• We may reduce your refund if the product is damaged or used.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

FAULTY PRODUCTS – YOUR RIGHTS

If your product is faulty, contact us immediately. You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including:

• Refund within 30 days if faulty
• Repair or replacement within 6 months
• Possible partial refund if the product does not last a reasonable amount of time (up to 1 year)
• Negligent damages to items will not be replaced or refunded.

SUSPENSION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS

If suspension lasts more than 1 month, you may cancel your order and receive a refund.
